Armenia

Building on Armenia’s self-assessment in 2018 of care reform, D4I will work with the government to strengthen collection, management, and use of quality routine data to support effective case management, formalize responsibilities and reporting, and develop processes to coordinate staff and resources among all partners to monitor progress. The work will include workshops to develop a roadmap for establishing a comprehensive system and training to build capacity for policymaking and management of workforce, financing, and service delivery. These systems will monitor the situation of children in residential and family-based alternative care and children who may be at risk of violence, abuse, or neglect.
