Abstract: Postpartum family planning (PPFP) focuses on providing family planning (FP) counseling and services to women and couples in the first 12 months after birth. This publication reviews the policies, programs, and status of PPFP in Bangladesh and seeks to identify the need, gaps, and future focus areas for PPFP in the country.
