Small Grants to Support Research in Family Planning: Request for Applications

The Data for Impact (D4I) project is pleased to announce a request for applications (RFA) for its small grants activity to increase the evidence base in family planning (FP). The three primary objectives of this activity are:

  1. To build and strengthen research capacity among local agencies;
  2. To address research gaps in FP to inform policy and programmatic decision making;
  3. To increase use of research findings by providing an opportunity for the data to be disseminated to and used by local stakeholders and decision makers.

The small grants are intended to support secondary data analysis. The overall goal is to address information gaps in FP at the country or regional level and strengthen the capacity of local researchers. Small grant recipients are expected to produce a publishable manuscript and complete a data use activity.
